Oh man, the miso soup at the buffet was a culinary revelation! Coupled with the lovely air conditioning keeping things chill in the room, it. The staff were warm and eager to help, especially Paco, who really stood out.
But don't get too comfy! Plus, those extra deposits for towels were a bit much.

I have stayed in the twin room with central heating, a work desk and a TV. The location is incredible and stunning, and the area is really interesting near restaurants and bars. It is near Los Geraneos, where you can eat something.
The bathrooms are cold.

A fabulous stay for available services.

The rooftop pool offers fine views of the town and sea, perfect for soaking up the sun all day. Breakfast served as a buffet provides a variety of choices.
The room safe was out of order, and the TV had only one English channel with no volume. The balcony light was broken. No coffee or tea facilities were available in the room or dining areas, requiring guests to go to different floors for drinks, inconvenient.

Breakfast/Dinner Buffet was great. Rooftop pool very nice, only a couple of blocks to the beach.
More of a family or retired folks destination than a hive of young people, but that may be the town as much as the hotel.

Before anything else I must say that I called the hotel becauseI have to delay one day my arrival but because booked trough Booked.net the payment was made in advance, so when I arrived without asking they offered me to stay one night longer to compensate for the lost night, they were very good and this are a few points:. 1. good Location 2. Fast free wireless internet 3. Very clean 4. Very comfortable excellent views 5. Reasonable parking price 9 euros per day, only needed in high season in low season free parking near hotel. 5. Friendly attentive staff. good standard meals Breakfast excellent. in general a great hotel where they try their best to make you fell good.
nothing at fault.

It all depends on your needs
The hotel is close to the beach, with a pleasant atmosphere for evening strolls with lovely sea and town views from my room on the 6th floor.
Staff under-staffing led to slow service, and the limited TV options were frustrating, with broken sounds that diminished the comfort of my stay.

Clean, well maintained, safe, good breakfast, wi-fi in all areas. Nice staff.
In my room annoying hum from the walls, possibly from electrical installations.

A good location in the city, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Nice views of the town, the old town and the beach. After finding the staff they are nice.Good possibilities to park the car around. Comfortable rooms.
The hotel feels empty, like a ghosts town. Difficult to find the staff (reception always empty) and the lamps in the corridors don´t light until you're a good bit in the darkness, so you wander in darkness, scary.

I had a great stay! The rooftop pool was amazing for relaxing, and the food at dinner was better than I expected, especially for half board. The limited dining options could improve. Definitely considering this place again!

the flute being played in the room next door, the rooftop pool
the food was very mediocre. i had dinner once and it was poor - awful, certainly not worth twenty euros. the only good thing about the breakfast was the fresh fruit. the bacon and the fried eggs were a joke as was the toasted sandwich. i stuck to the fruit. the juice was artificial, the beverage machine appalling. I expect far better than this in a four star hotel. i regret eating dinner there and resent the twenty euros spent on it.

Nice bedrooms
Winter season the food was poor put out for service at 19.30 and left to go dry both breakfast and dinner only a dozen people staying would have been easy to plan some other method.one person managing reception and bar it was sometimes difficult to attract attention for service. We went to outside bar for a drink.
